Pick-up and shipping

 

We here at Little Sibe Angels would like to make this as easy as possible for you to get your new addition. We do offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We will only ship our pups when they are 8 weeks old. However, if for any reason our veterinarian does not think that it is a good idea to ship your puppy at that time we will hold off till further notice. We do everything that our veterinarian suggests. We go through Ozark Jet-A-Pet for our flight shipping. Ozark Jet-A-Pet has 10 years of experience in shipping and has a very impressive shipping method. I would not use them if I did not feel comfortable. We use this service due to conflict with shipping and our dogs. I am not able to make the 3-4 hour trip to Kansas City and keep up with my dog's daily needs. With Ozark Jet-A-Pet they insure that your pet will never be lost as they have proceedures set in place to cover any mishap that might occur during the process (however, nothing has ever happened to where they would need to use those proceedures). They have vets that they use that are located all around their driving routes just in case a puppy were to get sick or need some kind of health care. They comply with airline shipping guidelines, they are Missouri state and USDA compliant, and they stay with your pet till your pet has to board the plane. Shipping is an estimated cost of 400.00 USD. The 400.00 USD covers the shipping crate, food and water bowels for the crate, extensive vet check to make sure that the puppy will arrive happy and healthy, food for the puppy during the flight, and of course the flight ticket. During the flight we will recieve any information about delays and arrival times and message you with up to date information as soon as we get it. We require that the full amount of the puppy as well as the shipping costs are paid for 2 weeks in advance of the flight. We also ask that when we give you the time that your puppy is due to arrive that you are there to pick up the puppy. We also ask that you let us know that you have picked up your puppy.

 

It really makes us happy when people come to pick up their puppy. This allows us to meet you and feel that warm feeling when we know that puppy is going to a good home. We will set up an appointment with you to see the puppy along with the parents of the puppy. Parents are always on site and always happy to meet new people. If you are picking out your puppy during the thier first 6 weeks of life we do ask that you do not touch the puppys. This rule is set in place for the protection of your puppy and the rest of the puppies. We do not want any puppy to fall ill because of an interation with people outside of our kennel. What was meant to be harmless and loving can sometimes grow to something bigger like an illness. With us we strive to keep our puppies healthy and happy and will do our very best in protecting that. 

 

I do not have any problems in meeting people half way. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may not have the time to make the full trip. I would like for you to understand that there are some rules that I go by now due to a past experience. I will only drive 2 hours away so that it is a 4 hour round trip. I will charge 0.60 USD a mile. I will add up the miles that it will take me going to the meeting place and back home 2 weeks prior to the day that we meet up. At this time I will give you the total cost of what I will charge to meet up. All costs for the puppy and the added charge of meeting up will be paid for 1 week prior to the day that we meet up. When we pick a place to meet up I will only meet in a well-lit and well-populated place (this is for my protection, my pup's protection, and my kid's protection). I will not go outside the state of Missouri when meeting up. And as always note that I demand respect around my children and the puppy. I will not keep them in a situation where there is any type of misconduct. I take great pride in keeping my children and dogs out of those types of situations. I would like to leave this topic with the explanation that this has happened to us once. Most of the times when we meet our clients face to face we give them the respect they deserve and they do the same with us. Most of the time when we meet our clients it is a pleasant time where we chat, laugh, and joke. Most of our clients we keep in contact with. Most of our clients are friends on our personal profiles on our social media sites. But there has been a time that things have went sour and because of that time I feel that I do have to say this.
